Thematic lunch on legumes (June 22, 2023)

C-BASC organized its 3rd Thematic Breakfast on June 22, 2023. This edition was dedicated to legumes with complementary contributions from 4 laboratories. The program:

• Introductory remarks by C-BASC (11:30am - 11:35am)
• Presentations (11h35 - 12h15)
  • Legumes in cropping systems (Muriel Valantin-Morison, Agronomy)
  • Better understanding of resource sharing (carbon, nitrogen) in brassica-legume associations (Laurène Perthame, ECOSYS)
  • Design and development of legume-based products (Anne Saint-Eve, Sayfood)
  • Legumes and consumer attitude (Stephan Marette, PSAE)
• Discussion (12h15 - 13h)
• Buffet (13h - 14h)
