Graduate School Education: Courses

The Graduate School Education (Graduate school Education Formation Enseignement - GS EFE) develops training programs for students, teachers, and staff. The GS EFE works to ensure the initial and lifelong training of the staff community from kindergarten to higher education in France.

The training programs are designed for professionals in the French education system speaking fluently French (C2 level). It has 3 programs according to the French educational institutions (pre-school and primary school, middle, and high school), and 9 Master degrees delivered in the 3 leading institutions of the Graduate School:

University d'Evry Val d’Essonne (UEVE)
Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ)

Students will carry out their work at the university linked to their specific program of study. Each of the 9 Master degrees places emphasis on multidisciplinary teaching and expertise of the French national education system. Eight of these Master degree prepare students for the national teaching exams (CRPE, CAPES) and 3 for internal aggregations exams.

The Master's courses of the Versailles Academy's Superior Education and Teaching National Institute (INSPE) are designed according to the needs of both the French national educational system and those of specific regions.

GS Education Calls

The call for Innovative training is open from June to September. It aims at valuing the courses and facilities with a financial support. It finances projects, such as:

Collective teaching action for an exchange of best practices to create innovative training with original tools
Sofwares to be handled in class by our students: data and statistics collection in the European Union
Pedagogical transformation of a module
Digital tool to be used in class
Cultural visit
Library tool: reference movie or short film, documentary, book

The call is open from October to December with the Université Paris-Saclay frame to support Projects Leaders onto 4 actions :

Action 1 : Promotion of the Graduate school
Action 7 : Organisation of a Research Week
Action 8 : Development of student mobility through "summer schools"
Action 9 : Creation of parnerships
