Institut du développement et des ressources en informatique scientifique (IDRIS)

Laboratory presentation

IDRIS is a centre of excellence in intensive numerical computing and the processing of large amounts of scientific data, serving all disciplines of science. It is the CNRS national centre for high-performance computing and numerical simulation. On behalf of civil society GENCI (Grand équipement national de calcul intensif), it provides about a thousand researchers and engineers from the scientific community in all its disciplines with some of the most powerful intensive computing resources available, as well as the services and expertise associated with them.
