Infection et inflammation (2I)

Laboratory presentation

The research laboratory for infection and chronic inflammation (2I) works on chronic inflammation, the immune system, the neuroendocrine response to sepsis or the pathophysiology and diagnosis of microbial infections. Research focuses more particularly on the first axis of rapidly growing mycobacteria infections in a context of respiratory disease (especially in patients with cystic fibrosis). The second line of research concerns coagulase-negative staphylococci and prosthetic infections. Finally, the last line of research concerns infections due to respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).
