Unité de Recherche Génomique-Info (URGI)

Présentation du laboratoire

Etudier les plantes au niveau génétique et génomique, mieux connaître les pathogènes des végétaux : ce sont les missions des scientifiques de l’URGI, l’Unité de Recherche en Génomique et bio-Informatique, au sein du département Biologie et amélioration des plantes d’INRAE, l’Institut National de Recherche pour l’agriculture, l’alimentation et l’environnement. Implantée à Versailles-Saclay, l’unité de recherche développe des outils et des connaissances sur la structure, le fonctionnement et l’évolution du génome. Elle accueille également la plateforme bio-informatique PlantBioinfoPF.
