Signalisation et physiopathologie cardiovasculaire (CARPAT)

Présentation du laboratoire

Le SPC s'articule autour de trois équipes développant des thèmes complémentaires sur des modèles animaux et cellulaires pour étudier les mécanismes impliqués dans la fonction cardiaque au travers des récepteurs membranaires, des canaux ioniques, des nucléotides cycliques, du métabolisme énergétique, du calcium, et de compartiments intracellulaires.
L'unité a vocation à élucider des nouveaux mécanismes physiopathologiques et identifier de nouvelles cibles thérapeutiques dans les traitements de l'insuffisance cardiaque et des arythmies.Elle est en charge de projets novateurs au sein du LabEx LERMIT en partenariat avec les autres laboratoires de l'IPSIT.
