• Vous avez la nationalité française
• Vous résidez en France (pour les candidats au niveau master et les candidats à la première année de doctorat)
• Vous avez dépassé l’âge limite
• Vous n’êtes pas encore inscrit en doctorat dans une université étrangère (pour les candidats au niveau doctoral)
• Vous n’avez pas encore obtenu ou n’êtes pas en cours d’obtention d’une cotutelle/codirection avec l’Université Paris-Saclay
