EUGLOH stages a workshop on Good Scientific Practice on 24 July 2024 at LMU Munich.

The workshop "Good Scientific Practice & Research Integrity - What’s it all about?" is for PhD candidates interested in learning more about good scientific practices, open science and discussing typical dilemmas. The workshop provides information on key facts and concepts. It addresses general questions about the specificity of scientific work, the importance of values and norms. Questionable behaviour and conflicts of interest are addressed. Dilemmas are presented on the different topics and decision options are discussed in group discussions to encourage critical thinking and responsible decision making. Various aspects of Open Science round off the workshop.

It takes place on 24 July 2024 at LMU Munich. Participants of the in-person workshop at LMU are invited to attend the Responsible Research event on Thursday 25 July 2024, also in-person, at the Life Sciences Campus in Munich Martinsried / Planegg.
